Yulia Sergeyevna Romanova (Russian: Юлия Сергеевна Романова; born 27 May 2000), known professionally as Eva Elfie (Russian: Ева Эльфи), is a Russian pornographic actress, nude model, and YouTuber. She is the winner of the AVN Awards in the category Best New Foreign Starlet in 2021.

After graduating from high school, Elfie moved to Moscow in 2018, where she worked as a manager and a waitress. Previously, she also worked as a correspondent for a TV channel in her native city of Omsk.
